Nail Extensions

Nail Infills

What are Nail Infills?

Nail extension infills (also called nail fills or refills) are a maintenance treatment done to fill in the gap between your natural nail growth and the original nail extension. Instead of removing the entire set of extensions, infills refresh and extend the life of your current nails.

How does it work?

💅 What are Infills For?

When you get nail extensions (builder gel), your natural nails keep growing, creating a visible gap near the cuticle. Infills are therefore done to:

  • Fill in that gap.
  • Reinforce the strength of the extension.
  • Reshape and refresh the nail design.
  • Avoid lifting, cracking or breaking.

🛠️ What Happens During an Infill Appointment:

  • The old polish is removed.
  • The grown-out area is filed and prepped.
  • New builder gel is applied to the gap and blended seamlessly.
  • Nails are reshaped, buffed and smoothed.
  • Polish is reapplied.

Benefits:

  • Cost effective as they are cheaper than a full new set.
  • Less time consuming usually taking 30–45 minutes (However this is an estimate).
  • Keeps nails looking fresh and flawless.
  • Maintains strength and structure of the extensions.

Note Buffer Time

To help every appointment run smoothly, we include a small buffer around each treatment so the time length booked may be longer than the treatment time. This is to allow extra time for the completion of your consultation form, allow for any slight delays or natural treatment runover as well as preparing the room.

Our goal is simply to make your visit relaxed, unrushed and for you to enjoy the experience from start to finish. If you ever have any questions about timing or what to expect, we’re always happy to help.

Please Note: Those days marked with a line through them are for appointment only sessions, which can be booked if required, but will need to be booked by giving us a call.
