Rejuvenating Foot Massage

What is a Rejuvenating Foot Massage?

A rejuvenating foot massage is not only a pleasurable experience, but also a beneficial good practice for maintaining foot health and overall well being. Incorporating foot massages into your regular routine can lead to significant health improvements and relaxation.

A foot massage can provide much needed relief after a long day or week of working and running errands.

How does it work?

Incorporating foot massages into your routine can lead to significant health improvements and relaxation. Our foot massage involves various techniques, such as kneading, rubbing and applying pressure to different areas of the foot.

Some of our methods include:

  • Thumb Walking: Using the thumbs to apply pressure along the sole of the foot.
  • Arch Rubs: Massaging the arch of the foot to relieve tension.
  • Toe Bends: Gently bending and stretching the toes to improve flexibility.
  • Heel Squeezes: Applying pressure to the heel to alleviate tension.

Benefits:

  • Helps control blood pressure.
  • Improves nerve sensitivity.
  • Improves energy levels.
  • Improves blood circulation.
  • Helps promote sleep.
  • Improves liver function.
  • Treat migraines and headaches.
  • Helps reduce swollen feet.

Note Buffer Time

To help every appointment run smoothly, we include a small buffer around each treatment so the time length booked may be longer than the treatment time. This is to allow extra time for the completion of your consultation form, allow for any slight delays or natural treatment runover as well as preparing the room.

Our goal is simply to make your visit relaxed, unrushed and for you to enjoy the experience from start to finish. If you ever have any questions about timing or what to expect, we’re always happy to help.

Please Note: Those days marked with a line through them are for appointment only sessions, which can be booked if required, but will need to be booked by giving us a call.
