Drainage Legs

What is Leg Drainage?

Leg drainage is a form of manual lymphatic drainage massage that targets the lower body, especially the thighs, calves, ankles, and feet. Using gentle, rhythmic strokes, this technique stimulates the lymphatic system to encourage the removal of excess fluid, toxins, and waste that can accumulate in the legs.

It’s ideal for clients experiencing swelling, heaviness, or poor circulation, and is also popular for its slimming, contouring and energising effects.

How does it work?

During a leg drainage session, your therapist uses light, consistent movements, starting from the feet and ankles and working upward toward the groin, where major lymph nodes are located. This promotes the natural flow of lymphatic fluid and helps flush out excess water and waste products.

🌿 Best For:

  • People with fluid retention (edema) or frequent leg swelling.
  • Those with sedentary lifestyles or who sit/stand for long hours.
  • Travellers (especially after long flights).
  • Post-surgery clients (with medical clearance).
  • Clients looking to boost circulation and reduce cellulite appearance.
  • Athletes or active individuals with muscle fatigue.

Benefits:

  • Reduces swelling and water retention in the legs and ankles.
  • Relieves tired, heavy legs especially after long periods of standing or travel.
  • Improves blood and lymphatic circulation.
  • Helps reduce the appearance of cellulite.
  • Supports detoxification and boosts energy.
  • Encourages smoother skin tone and texture.
  • Aids post-surgery or post-treatment recovery (e.g. after liposuction or contouring).

Note Buffer Time

To help every appointment run smoothly, we include a small buffer around each treatment so the time length booked may be longer than the treatment time. This is to allow extra time for the completion of your consultation form, allow for any slight delays or natural treatment runover as well as preparing the room.

Our goal is simply to make your visit relaxed, unrushed and for you to enjoy the experience from start to finish. If you ever have any questions about timing or what to expect, we’re always happy to help.

Please Note: Those days marked with a line through them are for appointment only sessions, which can be booked if required, but will need to be booked by giving us a call.
