Drainage Glutes

What is Glute Drainage?

Glute drainage is a specialised form of manual lymphatic drainage massage focused on the gluteal area (buttocks). This gentle technique helps stimulate lymph flow to reduce water retention, smooth the appearance of the skin, and enhance the natural shape and contour of the glutes.

It’s a popular treatment for anyone looking to de-puff, detox, and define the lower body, especially when paired with body sculpting or toning treatments.

How does it work?

Your therapist uses light, rhythmic strokes, following the direction of lymphatic pathways from the glutes toward the inguinal (groin) lymph nodes and lower back. The movements are gentle, non-invasive, and designed to stimulate circulation without applying deep pressure.

🌿 Ideal For:

  • Clients with fluid retention or bloating in the lower body.
  • Those looking to enhance the results of glute workouts or body contouring.
  • Post-procedure care (e.g. BBL, liposuction).
  • Reducing the appearance of cellulite or uneven skin texture.
  • Anyone feeling heavy, sluggish, or “stuck” in the hips/glutes.

Benefits:

  • Reduces swelling or puffiness in the gluteal and upper thigh area.
  • Improves circulation and lymphatic flow.
  • Smooths the appearance of cellulite (temporary but visible results).
  • Defines and lifts the natural shape of the glutes.
  • Supports recovery after aesthetic procedures (e.g. BBL or body contouring).
  • Detoxifies by flushing excess fluid and waste from the tissues.
  • Promotes skin firmness and tone.

Note Buffer Time

To help every appointment run smoothly, we include a small buffer around each treatment so the time length booked may be longer than the treatment time. This is to allow extra time for the completion of your consultation form, allow for any slight delays or natural treatment runover as well as preparing the room.

Our goal is simply to make your visit relaxed, unrushed and for you to enjoy the experience from start to finish. If you ever have any questions about timing or what to expect, we’re always happy to help.

Please Note: Those days marked with a line through them are for appointment only sessions, which can be booked if required, but will need to be booked by giving us a call.
