What is a Kids Hands Treatment?
A child’s manicure is a gentle and fun nail care treatment designed specifically for children. Unlike adult manicures, the products and tools used are safe and mild to protect young, sensitive skin. Children’s manicures are often done as a special treat during birthday parties, family spa days, or just for fun, making the experience enjoyable and age-appropriate while encouraging good nail hygiene from an early age.
How does it work?
- Hand Soak: Soaking hands in warm water (short duration, usually with fun scents or bubbles).
- Nail Shaping: Nail trimming and shaping, using gentle tools suitable for children.
- Cuticle Care: Cuticle care, but minimal or sometimes skipped (depending on their cuticles) to avoid damaging delicate skin.
- Massage: Hand lotion and massage, with hypoallergenic, child safe products.
- Polish Application: Using non toxic, nail polish in fun colours and/or glitter.

Note Buffer Time
To help every appointment run smoothly, we include a small buffer around each treatment so the time length booked may be longer than the treatment time. This is to allow extra time for the completion of your consultation form, allow for any slight delays or natural treatment runover as well as preparing the room.Â
